Analysis of the questionnaire
To research into what college students wanted to see in their college magazine I designed and distributed a questionnaire (shown above) to see how I could create a college magazine that would appeal to its target audience which is the college students. What I could tell from the first question is that the current college magazine obviously didn't appeal to its target audience, 8 people said no, 5 people said yes and 2 people said maybe. Most people who said that they wouldn't read it said this becuase they found the college magazine boring. So from the answers I recieved from the questionnaire I wanted to create a better magazine that would be more appealing to the students so that they would want to buy it.
To get the answers I wanted which was to know what the students wanted to see in the magazine, I created a question (3) which asks just that. There are 8 options to choose form, most students chose sports, music, jobs and college events. From this I knew exactly what they wanted to see so I used these results and put them in my college magazine. Most students asked said that theyw ould be willing to pay for the college magazine but 50% of them said that they would only pay 50pence. I also wanted so see how often I should sell the magazine so I made a question for that and found out that 5 people would want a new issue coming out every 2 weeks, but 7 people said that they would want to see a new issue monthly.
