Kerrang style review of Kid Cudi's new album (Man on the moon 2) The legend of Mr.Rager''Kid Cudi's is back with his second album which is his best so far. This album focuses on Kid Cudi's reality and what he experiences in life, his good experiences and bad ones. The legend of Mr.Rager wil not dissapoint, this great album is full of sick songs which really do show his progression as a rapper and overall musician. What I love about this album is that he doesn't just do rap songs, songs which fature in the album like 'Erase me' has a completely different (Rock type) beat and style than another one of the songs like 'Marijuana' which is much more chilled back. This new great album will surely be huge, and will be a real pleaser to all his fans, and fans of music in general.
Opera magazine styled review of Kid Cudi's new album (Man on the moon 2) The legend of Mr.Rager
In his second album, Kid Cudi provides an innovative, a brave, and overall unique piece of work. The songs in his new album really do provide us with a fabulous degree of contrasting styles of rap music, it seems he can work with any beat and create a stunning piece of music. This choice of material constitutes a bold progression in his musical talent. In his debut album 'Man on the moon - The end of day' Kid Cudi wrote about his hopes and dreams whereas in the legend of Mr.Rager he raps about his life and his experiences. He convicts this with perfection and confidence.
